How Can I Return a Product?

We check all jewellery before final Packaging but if in case you received any jewellery which is broken and you have the Pracel unboxing Video as a proof, then you have to provide us the video within 24hrs of Delivery of Parcel as all our parcel are insured with our courier partner’s. On the bases of video and pictures the claim can be made on courier partners because we check twice our jewellery before final dispatch. If you will Provide full unboxing Video then  jewellery can be exchanged. In case if we don’t have the same Design then you can select any other Design of same price.

Please Note : No complaint will be entertained if you will not provide us unboxing video within  24hrs of Delivery of your parcel.

Caution : Don’t say that we have not made unboxing video because 
a) I Thought I don’t Need it 
b)  We Trust you 
c) Your Jewellery comes always in good condition 
d) I forgot 
e) Didn’t know about it 
f) My Kids are small etc.

Please Note : In case you receive any jewellery which has stone work, gungroo or hanging work. During courier if stone comes out you can stick it with a drop of fevicol. In case of gunghroo or hanging you can easily tuck it back in jewellery. This will not be considered as damaged because its a very common thing which can happen during courier. If you Do Not like the Jewellery or you have ordered the wrong bangle size which you want to exchange, in that case return request by you has to come on our whats up no 9323862098 with your name, state, parcel picture, unboxing video within 24 hrs of delivery.
